Tonight Alvechurch take on Highgate United in the Birmingham Senior Cup. Here is everything you need to know about the game.
How have both teams been playing?
Church picked up a huge win away at Barwell on Saturday for a first win in four, which coincided with the loss of their seven game unbeaten run. Goals from Josh March and Aaron Llyod gave them the win, but manager Ian Long and assistant Richard Colwell will be pleased with how their team dealt with intense Barwell pressure having previously conceded seven goals in two games. Colwell will take charge of the team tonight, with Long away helping the England C team against Estonia, and will be looking to give minutes to players who haven't featured as regularly this season.
Highgate meanwhile, come into the game winless in three games. On Saturday they let a three goal lead slip to draw 4-4 with Loughborough United in an entertaining game which left them sat in 11th place in the West Midlands Premier Division. Nevertheless they will be looking for a win tonight. They also have two players who will be familiar with the Church faithful through forwards Connor Deards and Trea Bertie.
Who are both teams top goalscorers?
Tom Turton is Church's top goalscorer with seven goals in all competitions (all from the penalty spot).
Lei Brown is Highgate's top scorer with six goals to his name.
