This weekend Alvechurch are once again in league action against Rushall Olympic. Here is everything you need to know about the game.
How have both teams been playing?
Alvechurch have hit a bit of bump of late losing their last two games by three goals, with the games being finished at half-time both times. However, against Kings Lynn there were signs of improvements and it should be remembered that it was their first league loss in three games. Their cushion above a few teams is starting to disappear now though, and manager Ian Long will be looking for a response this weekend.
This season has been an inconsistent one for Rushall, with their last five results showed that. They have lost three and won two in that time showing how they just can't get going. However, it should be noted that this is a vast improvement on their form after a nine game winless run prior and last week's 2-0 win over Rushden and Diamonds lifted them to 10th place, just two points off the Church.
What has the score been in previous meetings?
These sides met last season in the Birmingham Senior Cup. The game finished 1-1 with Alvechurch winning 4-2 on penalties.
Who are both sides top goalscorers?
Josh March is Alvechurch's top goalscorer with four goals this season.
Meanwhile, Daniel Waldron is Rushalls' with seven goals to his name.
