Tomorrow Alvehcurch take on local rivals Redditch United in a huge game in the Evo Stik South Premier Division Central league. Here is everything you need to know about the game.
How have both teams been playing?
Alvechurch come into this game full of confidence, following Saturday's thrilling 4-3 win over Bromsgrove Sporting in the FA Cup. That was Ian Long's side first win off the season, having drawing two and lost one of their opening three league games; and they will be looking for a first league win at this level in over 40 years.
Long's side can also take confidence from the fact that they have already defeated Redditch in recent times. The two sides met in the Worcestershire Senior Cup final a month ago, with a brace from Josh March and a Tom Turton penalty giving Church a 3-1 win.
Redditch meanwhile sit above Church in the league, but have lost three of their opening four games. However, as they showed in their 2-0 win over St Ives Town they are capable of playing good football, and will always have a chance of scoring with former Aston Villa striker Stefan Moore now at the club.
There will also be some familiar faces in the Redditch squad, with former Alvechurch right-back Jamie Ashmore making a first return to Lye Meadow since his summer move and forward Luke Keen also at the club.
Where is the game being played and what time is kick-off?
The game is taking place at Lye Meadow and kicks off at 3pm.
How much are tickets for the game?
Tickets are priced at £10 for adults, £7 for seniors, £5 for children aged between 13-17 and students with valid ID, and free for children under 13.
